How do I return an item?
Returns and Cancellations Orders can be cancelled anytime before it has been shipped from our studio. Returns can be requested within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in an unworn conditions. Return shipping charges are covered by Buyer. If in case there are any defects while receiving the jewelry then VonEshna will pay for all the shipping charges.
