I purchased a gold monogrammed necklace for my wife on 5/14/13 with the letter "F" on the front. The letter is off center to the right enough that it is touching the outside diameter of the disc. I am not happy with the quality of it for that reason. I emailed voneshna@live.com and on 5/20/13 have not gotten a response yet. My rating is based on the low quality of the necklace and the lack of response.
